Join us on Friday, November 13th as the National Museum of Civil War Medicine partners with the Seward House Museum (SHM) for a Facebook live presentation. The talk will focus on William Seward Jr., his experiences in the service, and the state of medical care during the bloody war. The lecture will be accessible on FB Live, starting at 12pm on 11/13. We hope to see you there!

The Seward House Museum, located in Auburn, NY, is a 204 year old historic house which interprets the story of the Seward family, most notably William Henry Seward, who served as Secretary of State in the Lincoln and Johnson administration, and his wife, Frances, who helped use the house as a stop on the Underground Railroad.

Zachary Finn is the Education and Outreach Coordinator at the SHM. He received his BA in History from Lycoming College, and his MA in American History from SUNY Brockport. Prior to working at the SHM, Zachary worked at the Genesee Country Village Museum.
