Author Jim Rosebrock discusses his new findings on artillery at Antietam
The Artillery of Antietam is the first comprehensive examination of every Federal and Confederate artillery battery (135 in all), and their commanders that fought in the Maryland Campaign and all its battles. Over the course of writing the book and digging into the story of the artillery fight, Rosebrock discovered several new perspectives about the artillery at America’s bloodiest day. Jim will discuss some of these new perspectives at his talk.
