Clara Barton worked tirelessly to help soldiers and their families before and after the American Civil War … but she didn’t do it alone.
Clara Barton’s network was extensive: from privates to generals, Congressmen and clerks, and more. A panel of researchers will introduce you to a few of these figures and how they helped or hindered Barton.
This panel complements the newest edition of the museum’s journal, the Surgeon’s Call.
